By accessing and using the Road Hazard Detection System ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Road Hazard Detection System for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Understand that model accuracy is approximately 97.68% and errors may occur

8. Accuracy of Predictions

While the Service uses advanced machine learning models, predictions are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The Service:

Makes no warranty regarding prediction accuracy
Is not liable for missed hazards or false positives
Should be used as a supplementary tool, not a replacement for professional inspection
May produce different results with different data quality

9. Data Retention

Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory and not permanently stored
Prediction results are not retained unless explicitly saved by the user
Server logs are retained for 30 days for troubleshooting
The Service may delete data at any time without notice

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete data
Not upload malicious or corrupted files
Not attempt to circumvent security measures
Not use the Service for illegal purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the model
